Polyester Al-plastic composite panel:
Xianfeng polyester Al-plastic composite panel adopts excellent Al-roll, the surface adopts polyester coating, the middle is thermoplastic high-pressure low-density PE core layer or specific flame-retardant composite core layer, the back is pre-treating anticorrosion smooth Al or repair base surface (maintenance) layer, and the front covers peelable protective film. The polyester panel has rich and varied colors, the surface color can long term remain unchanged, and the mechanical strength is high, so the decorative effect is quite ideal.

Surface Al thickness: 0.08mm—0.50mm (same as the bottom Al thickness)
Finished panel thickness: 3 mm—6mm
Finished panel width: 1220 mm (can provide special specifications if having special demands, maximum width is 1585mm)

The Kyanr500 or the PPG Duranar XL Plus Polyvinylidenefluoride (PVDF) resin coil coatings (include the reserved standard color and the self-defining color) can provide you with the roller painting with good consistency and uniformity. It has an outstanding anti-UV characteristic, can keep a color over a long period of time.

The Pe or fireproof core material can insulate different exterior temperature and humidity, which can cut down expense for you.

Impact Resistance
The core constituted by the viscoelastic high-molecular resin can prevent from being split or broken, with a high strength impact resistance.
